Guest Ratings & Reviews
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's great location near the Beethoven Memorial site and a lovely park. The room on the 6th floor was spacious and well-appointed, though no upgrades were offered. The shower and bath were fantastic, making my stay comfortable. However, the price could have been more competitive.
I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The suite was spacious with beautiful high ceilings, offering a comfortable, modern, and elegant atmosphere. On the downside, I had two beds instead of a king size, which felt more like a standard business hotel room.
The hotel is located close to major attractions and good restaurants, with friendly and helpful staff available for various services. The rooms were quiet initially but became noisy due to adjoining room sound transfer and unfinished bathroom details. The heat setting required adjustment but was promptly addressed by the engineering team.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, modern, and filled with top-class amenities, providing a luxurious touch to my experience. The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff attending to all my needs. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the must-see historical sites of Vienna. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold items to choose from. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms had a modern twist with high ceilings and stylish decor, but the lack of a separate living room in the suite was a letdown, especially with kids. The dining offered quality options but was marred by an accidental double charge. Service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff members lacking menu knowledge, but the overall experience was saved by helpful gestures like a parting gift.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very comfortable, although not having a separate living room with a proper door might be a setback, especially if you have kids sleeping in the living room. I did expect a king-size bed but had two beds instead, but the room was quiet and clean, which was great.
The hotel rooms were very spacious, with a large bathroom, but the process of checking in was delayed as we requested specific beds. Despite being just okay, considering the money spent, having two beds instead of one king size was a slight drawback.
